"We stayed 4 nights at Il Patriaca. Our room was spacious and very clean. We had a wonderful gourmet dinner our first night in the lovely dining room. The next few days we had a really fun learning experience and enjoyed the fruits off our labor for lunch. We drove to Asissi one day and enjoyed exploring the town and another day we drove a loop through Tuscany. We had dinner 2 nights at the Taverna at Il Patriaca. Food was quite good and service impeccable. This location is perfect for weddings, with beautiful grounds, flower gardens, etc."

"We were blown away with the beauty of this place - the grounds gardens and pool are beautiful and it all feels very intimate & special. What sets the hotel aside though is the service. Sergio met us and he couldn’t do enough for us - showing us round, offering a relaxed complimentary drink and booking us wine tastings in the area . Katia was also equally amazing and took ghee time to make suggestions and recommendations for dinner and places to visit . The breakfast was excellent The only slight disappointment was the dinner - I’d say the portions were tiny, the food not that great and very over priced . We had dinner on the first night and I think they need to look at food.. however we had an outstanding v pizza at the Jamaica bar on the road which was packed with locals.. very casual but delicious and efficient . We also ate (Katie’s recommendation) at Peche Dor at lake Chiusi which was excellent and again busy with locals . Will definitely return to this hotel"

"I stayed at this hotel with my family using a Smart Box reservation, and it was all very pleasant. Overall, the hotel looks quite nice...the exterior is very pretty and lovingly maintained, you can tell. The interior is as well, but the room we stayed in needs a renovation. I've seen the renovated rooms, and I have to say they're very nice. I recommend the ones on the first floor. The restaurant is excellent, and the breakfast buffet is very good. Everything was made even more satisfying by Laura's kindness and friendliness...very welcoming and helpful. The hotel staff was also very nice. I would stay here again...in the superior room, of course! Strategic location at the toll booth exit! Thank you all!"
