Louis Paphos Breeze

My partner and I have just returned from an 11 night stay at this hotel. We enjoyed the stay the staff were exceptional, especially the bar waiters. They were all very attentive but one stood out from the rest his name is Chris, from the second day of our stay he remembered exactly how we liked our drinks. The food was excellent very well presented the desserts were exceptional and so much choice. One small disappoin**ent was the evening entertainment it wasn’t the sort of thing we like but apart from that we’ve had an excellent holiday at Louis Paphos Breeze.

What a lovely hotel with wonderful caring staff. We visited this hotel because we had heard so many super comments, and how right they were! Absolutely recommend to couples and family alike. I had to check if this was five stars. Food is excellent and you will get premium drinks on the all inclusive basis. Great bedrooms in small buildings surrounding the main pool. Great entertainment team for kiddies and adults alike. Three pools one being inside and heated. Ther is an adults only pool and bar overlooking the sea, if you require. First time visiting a louis hotel, and believe that they are all of a similar quality. Sunbeds are super comfy and if you don't want to be around the pool there is an extensive grass area facing the sea. WILL BE BACK

This place is a little bit special, and to be honest, the staff have got A LOT to do with that! I'm all about the customer service and visitor experience, and this hotel has got it bang on. Upon arrival we were greeted by a super friendly gent at reception (I didn't get his name, sadly) and given our '9ct gold' wristbands (!!) for our all inclusive. I have to say, this is definitely the best food and drink all inc. package we've had at any Cyprus or Greek hotel so far. The food is incredible and the drinks offering is extensive. Huge thanks to the Chefs for the culinary delights! There are a few other particular members of the team that deserve a special mention as these are the people that really made the holiday memorable: Chris: Thank you for making sense of the slurred and muddled drinks orders after too many Ouzo's! You work so hard and always have the customers interests at heart. You are a credit to the team and they are lucky to have you. Claudia: Possibly the loveliest lady you will ever meet - her customer care is impeccable. If only everyone in life was like her. Lorena: I swear she works on stealth mode! The second you sit down for a meal she is there ready to take your order! You do an incredible job Lorena, keep up the great work. Lakis (security): The un-sung hero who will undoubtedly remain a friend for life. And last but by no means least, the incredibly entertaining and hilariously funny Alexandra from the entertainment team (aptly!): She can only be described as an 'utter legend' and had us laughing from the minute we met her! Her energy and enthusiasm is infectious, and the way she interacts with the clients is brilliant. Some people you just can't help but like, and she is one of them! To add, our room was spotlessly clean and the balcony overlooked the main pool in block 4, which was brilliant for us after 'said Ouzo's' from Chris! All in all, a brilliant stay and we will definitely be back!

We went to this hotel with our 10 month old baby and honestly can say we had the best time ever! The hotel is stunning, very clean and amazing food. The staff go above and beyond for you and are the most friendly people ever. They loved our baby and we want to give a special shout out to Lorena, Maria and margarita ❤️ we will be back!! Thank you

This is a nice hotel ,staff are amazing nothing to much trouble to them. I would have given 5 stars but jet2 advised it as all inclusive or bed and breakfast. As we like to walk out in the evening we opted for bed & breakfast, only to find that there is nothing around this area no restaurant or bars ,so we had no options other then eat in or get a taxi to the harbour which cost us €30 each day. I think jet2 should only advertise it as all inclusive. Sadly we won’t be returning.

What a lovely place ,all the staff are polite and friendly, food and drink amazing you'll never go hungry, the rooms are huge and so are the beds,can highly recommend 👌 it . The sunbeds are excellent with thick cushions We are certainly coming back.

There is a lot of good at this hotel, unfortunately the bad and the ugly, which are all self inflicted, would stop me recommending this as a holiday hotel. The good - The staff are excellent at the hotel, welcoming and helpful and although I did not participate, the animation team appeared to be enthusiastic and good at their job. If you like eating then that's good because the food was top notch. Varied and tasty every day, whether it be breakfast, dinner or lunch you can't fail to find something to enjoy. Maria and Lorena in the restaurant are fabulous and will never see you going without. If you are staying without children and like a bit of peace, we found the adult pool at the bottom of the resort the perfect spot. Quiet with its own bar and an ocean view really lets you enjoy your day. Yianis the head barman runs the pool bar here and serves a great variety of drinks. I really must recommend the Bailey's milk shake, my waistline on returning home is testament to how addictive they really are. The Meze was a lovely evening, good food again and great service, I would highly recommend this. The bad - Let's start with what the tour operators and hotel are not telling you before you arrive. There is a building site next door and at 7am every morning the Jack hammer and drilling starts. I can assure you that no matter how heavy you sleep, if you are at the top of the hotel by reception and the main pool you will get this early morning alarm. It has been there since last summer but conveniently no mention of it anywhere by the tour operators. On our arrival we obviously needed a shower. First impression was the room was big and it is, a nice comfy bed but poorly cleaned. It had been given a quick once over but nothing more. On going to turn on the shower I found the shower head has hanging off the rail, the bracket clearly broken, it was great if you wanted to wash your feet. Reception were great and organised a man straight away who fitted a new bracket. The second attempt to shower resulted in no not water, just a trickle of tepid water that barely managed to reach the shower head. Yet again a man was sent up to the room and the expert advice we received was that to shower, the taps and shower had to run for 10 to 15 minutes to get hot water. Not once but every time you wanted to bath or wash. This was never resolved the whole week we were there. By the end of our week we began to enjoy the housekeeping lottery. You would think it simple that a clean, make beds, top up water and coffee and change towels is not that difficult to remember, but it is. Not once did they manage to get them all done in a day. Be ready to make a friend at reception because they will always fail to do one and normally a couple of them. The drinks are fine if you like beer and it is very nice. However if you are a spirit drinker you have to ask for the branded drink you'd like otherwise you'll get some unbranded tasteless substitute. However the mixers are awful, ther

My husband and I got married at Louis Paphos Breeze a year a go yesterday! We cannot recommend the hotel enough, they literally pulled out all the stops to ensure are wedding was one of a kind. We only have positive things to say about our wedding day and it is such a beautiful memory for us to live on. The staff were amazing and ensured that we had the most perfect wedding- big shout to Laur and the two Maria's. Thank you so much, we will be back again in the future to renew our wedding vows ❤️ Also need to mention that the hotel was very clean and the food was outstanding each night! The best all inclusive we have had. Thoroughly recommend!

We have just returned from our third holiday at the Louis Pathos Breeze. The hotel is situated in the quiet residential area of Chloraka on the outskirts of Pathos. The hotel runs a courtesy bus service between the hotel and a large shopping mall and the fort area of Pathos. Accommodation is spacious comfortable and clean. The staff are the main reason we keep returning to this hotel, they are friendly, helpful and professional. A special thank you to Maria Vroullou, Margarita and Elena in the restaurant and to Irene and Tatiana in the bar. We look forward to returning next year.
