"Well Club is a fantastic place to stay! The rooms are clean and spacious, and the facilities are excellent — especially the soccer pitch and basketball court. Our kids had the best time thanks to the wonderful girls who looked after them, playing board games and guiding painting and drawing activities. The food was simply amazing, fresh and delicious at every meal. It gave us parents the chance to relax and truly enjoy the holiday. Warm staff, great activities, and excellent dining — highly recommended!"

"Just spent 9 days at this hotel, and it lived up to what I had read for the most part. To start we arrived a day late due to Easyjet cancelling our flight when we got to boarding so had to arrange our own flights the next day. We had joined a Facebook group for the hotel beforehand, and asked for the best way to get to the hotel, jumped in a taxi at the airport. It was about 11.30pm, cost €80 and got us there in about 25 minutes. On arriving, the fact we were a day late wasn't a problem for the reception staff, our rooms were ready for us. There were snack plates available with juice, and we were able to get a drink from the bar before it closed. The rooms are all in 2 storey blocks, we were in block 45 which was at the back of the complex next to the kids club. Rooms - We found the beds surprisingly comfortable although they are on wheels so the frames move every time you do! We were in a studio room with sofa bed, it had a small kitchenette and a mini fridge. The water was refreshed every time we used it, there were tea and coffee sachets and a kettle available. The balcony was comfortable enough, we had a ground floor room which meant it didn't have the glass panes around the outside, I personally would have preferred to have these but it didn't affect anything, purely a personal preference. We also had a view of the kids club play park, the kids club was very quiet so there was no noise issues. We went with another family and they had a first floor room right above us. If you sat on the balcony in an evening you could hear the entertainment from the next door hotel but as soon as you shut the door it was barely heard. The rooms were cleaned everyday, beds made etc. Our only issue with the rooms cleaning was that the floors weren't swept, but it certainly wasn't a deal breaker. Pool - The pool at the hotel was a big highlight for us, it's sloped so we were able to be in the shallower end with the kids (6 & 9yr old). There were always sunbeds available, the ones at the pool edge were quick to go in a morning, there were the usual people putting towels on the beds, but there was a large grassed area that had a ton of beds and we never had an issue at all. There was a corner full of inflatables people had left. The pool bar staff were always helpful and there were plenty of them - 2 on the bar, 1 on the snack bar and usually 1 glass collecting too. The snack bar was available 10.30-5.30 and served a fairly good selection - burgers, nuggets, chips, mini donuts, salads, jelly and ice creams. The all inclusive included local beer and spirits as well as soft drinks and slushies. Restaurant - The restaurant was absolutely fantastic. I have coeliac disease so need to be gluten free, in the past I've struggled on holiday and it's felt like having dietary needs is a massive inconvenience for the hotel but that's definitely not the case here. "Currently sitting by the quiet pool writing this review feeling sad that we'll be leaving today This is our second stay at this beautiful hotel. The grounds are immaculate and everything is clean and well kept. We loved getting ready of an evening and walking down to the beach to watch the most amazing sunsets. Our room was spacious and clean with water provided every day in the fridge. On arrival there was sandwiches, fruit and a little cake ready for us in our room. The food in the main restaurant is fantastic, always plenty of choice for breakfast, lunch and dinner. Drinks are lovely, iced coffee, slushes and frappes made to order. Ice cream serviced all day ...huge portions I like to run while I'm away and although it was incredibly warm it was lovely to run along the sea front. The gym itself isn't great but we're on holiday so it's no big deal. Buses are easy and regular to get around if you want to explore. We walked to the harbour which is about 6k away but if you want to bus it's number 615 to tombs then a quick change to 611 to the harbour. To go to coral bay just take the 615 What makes this hotel special is the staff and how hard they all work, bar staff, restaurant staff, life guards and reception. Everyone is so attentive and friendly. They can't do enough for you. A special mention to Dipak, Savinna, Bibo and George who were amazing. Especially Dipak at the quiet bar who is absolutely amazing and George who is always smiling It's a long day for the staff and remain professional and friendly at all times. I was surprised after a long day by the pool the young lifeguard was then working in the restaurant in the evening as well. We visited the a la carte restaurant which was a lovely change and again the food and service was brilliant. There's no need to be up super early for a sunbed. There was still plenty beds at 8.30 then lots on the grass overlooking the sea. The sunbeds are so comfortable with thick mattresses to lie on. The only suggestion I would have is that there be a bigger sign to say the quiet pool was for 16 and over however the lifeguard did question people and explained they needed to sit elsewhere if they were under 16. Also if you're going to use the quiet pool ....be quiet, there were a few families who would talk unnecessarily loud and rather than just popping their empty drinks in the bin would just leave them for staff to clear away... you're literally walking past the bin We took a boat trip on the wave dancer which was fabulous All in all another wonderful holiday here and will definitely be returning. "The hotel is lovely . Very friendly staff always check in to check if guests are ok. I mean all the staff not even one grumpy face. Well done to the training team my first time at the hotel and I will definitely come back. The food is so delicious, I mean other hotels all inclusive is not so high standard. Well done to the chefs ‍ and and cooking team. Everything is clean, I am very paticular in this area and food and it didn't let me done. All day food crazy amazing happy staff everywhere. And their workers are all from different countries such a diversity. I recommend this hotel, there's respect for everyone. I talked to some staff because I always want to see if people are happy not just faces and they said they love working here. I talked to the interns too,they love it. I fully recommend this hotel. Overall Cyprus people speak English even bus drivers it make life so easy. I will come back. Kids activities so well organised, my daughter was super happy, she loves the hotel more ❤️ , and pools with out door towels and great food . We are all going to have problem putting off weight. Night activities with live shows. This hotel is amazing."

"My husband and I stopped here for a week in March to celebrate our 25th wedding anniversary. From arriving at the hotel to leaving, we felt very looked after by the staff. Everyone was so friendly and helpful, nothing was a bother. We stopped in one of the bungalows, which are in the best location, near to the pool, bars, snack bars and the sea. Having our own little garden area with our own sun loungers made the holiday easier for me as I have limited mobility and I would have felt self conscious amongst the main sun lounger areas. The food was delicious, the cocktails were even better. Definitely go to the tiki tiki lounge during your stay, the atmosphere is great and they do different cocktails to the other bars. We'd go back again tomorrow if we could."
