The hotel itself was really good. The cleaner milena artemis was very good at cleaning and she was very nice and polite. The entertainment crew were very good especially amber. The hotel food was amazing with something different each night they also had three restaurants my favourite was the burger place it was really good.

The hotel was very good I found all the staff lovely. My kids where entertained all day trying new activities with Roy and amber they where both so kind. Amber always had a smile on her face. The slide where really fun and enjoyable would definitely come back x

The hotel it's self is beautiful I had an amazing time the food and drinks were top tier! I had the best time with the entertainment team especially with Amber she was very friendly and super energetic made the whole experience 10 times more fun !

We had a family vacation for 10 days, everything was fine. Lots of fun for children. Nice staff. I especially liked the cleaning lady Milena, a wonderful person, she cleaned well and made amazing shapes out of towels. It works on the fifth floor. Minus not variat food, the beach is not for children.

"I had an amazing experience at this fantastic hotel! The service was outstanding from the moment I walked in, with a friendly and helpful staff ready to assist with any question or request. The hotel's location is very central, close to many attractions and public transportation stations. The rooms were spacious and clean, and the atmosphere in the hotel was really pleasant. I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a perfect vacation experience!"

This is not a hotel for you, unless you love having hordes of kids happy to kick a ball about in the restaurant or you're a parent equally happy to have your kids run wild in the hotel, whilst soaking up the sun yourselves. Note to self - never book a hotel with accompanying water park ever again.

So having read the reviews we were of 2 minds, but we were so delighted by every aspect of this hotel. Location, absolutely great, not too far from the airport but on the coast and accessible in every way. The welcome, ok I’m a sucker for a glass of sparkly whilst in the queue. The room, scrupulously clean. In fact everywhere on the site is scrupulously clean. We watched the staff re-paint the kerbs, parking bays, and the detailed maintenance of every area was remarkable! So have I said how clean everything was? Well I’ve never stayed in such a clean hotel! So onto the food…Some people have said there is limited choice or it’s repetitive. If you want to fill your plate with bits of everything, I can get that but if you want to have a different meal every night, you can. The “Cyprus Buffet” cooked over charcoal on the newly installed “spit roast thingy” was absolutely fantastic which together with the entertainment that night made for a lovely evening. OK we’ve had a few holidays to all sorts of places but here is something a bit special. The Management are very visible whilst they keep everyone on their toes. Very softly done in a coaching sense rather than a telling sense. In summary, Leonardo Laura has surpassed expectations in every way. Great job peeps especially Lauren; Antrea; David and a whole lot of others whose badges I couldn’t read. 👍👍👍
