Hotel environment is good, but there are many problems! First, the sound insulation effect is general, the corridor sound, the voice. Second, the quality of the room facilities is worrying. Third, the front desk is not professional enough (maybe more than 12 o'clock in the middle of the night, there is only an aunt on duty, I returned to the room, the air conditioner can not be used, the aunt asks three).

The location is at the exit of the New Town High-speed Railway Station. It is easy to find. It is also very close to the wetland. The member has helped to upgrade the room. The room is very bright. The decoration is simple. The bathroom is a washstand with dry and wet separation. The whole mirror wins my heart. I like the quiet front desk lady to help arrange a room close to the side of the square. The balcony will be better if it is made into a separate area. It is currently connected. You can hear the sound of the next door. It is unsafe to open the window at night. Health can be better. Generally speaking, the district and county are cost-effective. It is recommended to stay.

The actual description does not match the ** description. When you arrive, you will add money to change the room. The quilt is messed up and you will have to deduct 20 more sanitation fees. The front desk is not good. I see that many people have suffered this pit. The sanitary conditions are worrying. There is a lot of gray by the bed. The body of the bathrobe is a bit itchy. Next time I will stay in a normal hotel. There are more cameras inside than subjects.

The service of the lady at the front desk was very good. The hotel has convenient parking, a comfortable environment, rich breakfast with many varieties, a good restaurant environment, and very enthusiastic waiters. The room was clean and hygienic. The slippers were disinfected and packed in bags, and there was no peculiar smell. When I left, I was given a souvenir. The location is very good, next to the business district. The only thing is that there is a KTV downstairs, and you can hear some noise. People who sleep well will not be affected, but people who don't sleep well may be affected. It was a very satisfactory stay, praise 👍🏻

GGuest UserAfter experiencing the excitement of the city and the Internet celebrity feeling in Chongqing, I happened to search for Pucun! Very close to the city and the airport, Pucun made me feel why Chongqing is called a mountain city. It is really a good place to relax after the hustle and bustle! It was such a surprise. Although it was only two days and one night, the boss's design aesthetic and the B&B experience on the terraced slopes allowed us to experience many different beautiful scenery. The room is simple and has good facilities and equipment. The Dyson hair dryer is very comfortable. I like it very much. It is warm and high-end! Experience the chirping of the robin during the day, and fall asleep to the sound of frogs at night, as well as the bamboo forest among the pines. It just happened to rain in Chongqing. The clouds and mist in the mountains in the morning and the new rain in the empty mountains were very healing. Chongqing is really charming! Chongqing has 3D and is also a mountain city! The ingredients picked in Pucun are hard to come by. The plums just came out recently, so sweet! The butler was attentive and accompanying me throughout the whole process, very considerate! I like Pucun very much and will come to Pucun next time!

There is a minibar and laundry service every day. The butler is also very considerate and will help deliver luggage to the room! The building has many cool shops as well including the 云端之眼 which has a panoramic view of the city. Someone mentioned in the comments that the slippers “cost” ¥30, but it’s actually free as long as you don’t take it away.

HH MatthiasCentrally located, walking distance to great food options. Service was very warm and friendly; given a free upgrade as well. Room was nicely decorated, strong AC, had a smart home system with security features, smart toilet with bidet, nice rainfall shower. It was awesome having a washer/dryer in-room as well.
The room also came with a kitchen (oven, microwave, stove) though there were no utensils and crockery. Fridge was huge.
Bed was comfortable and big. The room lacked an ironing board and an electronic safe.
Only complaint: lifts were extremely slow. VERY slow. Even as the only passenger, going from level 1 to 33 took nearly 2 minutes. It was also extremely warm and stuffy in the lifts.

DDominic EngOur 2 duplex suites are located on the 35&36 floor respectively with a great panorama view of the rivers. There's a great food court and the #5 line metro station located in the basement- making the hotel easy to reach and excellent for any kind of travelers. Hotel is walking distance to the Jiefangbei Square, the Raffles Square; and close to many local attractions and restaurants. The suites are clean and well appointed; one even included a treadmill and an exercise bike. We highly recommend the hotel for family and business travelers. We will definitely stay here again for our future Chongqing visits 👍👍👍👍👍

GGuest User10/10!! This hotel is located right at the heart of Jiefangbei, making it super convenient to access the various attractions/tourist spots (they’re all quite nearby via taxi). Lots of food just around the area and shopping too! The room itself is huge and the staff were so kind to give us a free upgrade. There’s so much space to open our luggage and lounge around. The toilet is also very clean and spacious. Not to mention the gorgeous view since the hotel is on the 46th floor - you can enjoy the beautiful night view of Chongqing from the room! Overall a very enjoyable stay! Highly recommend!!

Staff are friendly and helpful. Special appreciation to staff number 11 & number 3.

There are too many people coming to play on holidays, there is no parking space, the waiter's attitude is very good, very positive, the meal is charged according to the number of people, 88 yuan / person, 118 yuan / person, etc., you can choose the price of each, we want It's 88, two meat dishes, one seasonal vegetable, and one boiled cabbage. Of course, it's not worth it. Maybe it's the environment. Anyway, I lived for 2 days and found that I basically brought my baby to play, or forty or fifty. The old people are gathering, anyway, the two young people of us seem to be out of place 😓. I stayed in Egypt Encounter, with white curtains, I couldn't sleep well at dawn🥲, outside the window is the air conditioner outside, um, the sound of the air conditioner all night, if you don't sleep well, it is not recommended to order this Room type.

SSarie BottWOWOWOWOOW location could not be better! Directly across from Raffles and the horizontal hotel towr on the waterfront. Bathtub room has an incredible view. Modern, industrial design. Massive bathtub. Soft mattress. Excellent service. My only notes would be to add some towel or robe hooks in the bathroom and to give a tag for the door if you want room service or ”do not disturb”. Highly recommend. I will stay here if I ever come to Chongqing again.
