Xiaoxue at the front desk was very good. The room type was upgraded on the first day of stay. The bed and pillows were very comfortable and made of latex. The waist would not hurt even after sleeping for one night during the journey. I was welcomed from when I arrived. The reception gave me their hotel WeChat for me to communicate if I had any problems or needed any help. The room was well furnished with everything that I needed. It was great to have the projector and washing machine that I needed for traveling over China. I felt safe and secure as a solo traveler. The hotel is in central Chongqing and a good base to go to other places from. I would recommend and come back.

Thankyou Youshe S Loft! We loved our stay at Chongqing. The beds were omg so comfortable 🥰🥰 and room was so cool and pretty. The bathrooms however could’ve been cleaned a little better as there were limescale on the doors and handles, however the rest of the room was very clean! The location is very central to everything and easy to grab a taxi from right downstairs. It was a bit confusing to find at first as it’s only a level (14) amongst a whole building complex with other business and shops (rather than an entire block dedicated to the hotel) but once you find it, it’s quite handy as you can take advantage of the other business within the block (e.g we went to the spa). Lots of food options around and even-though it’s in the middle of the city the sleep is surprisingly quiet! I cannot rave enough about the staff they were so helpful with everything, super friendly and very patient willing to tolerate us even with our broken mandarin. Shoutout to Lily (丽丽) we asked her so many questions and needed a lot at times but not matter what she was always so kind to us ❤️

The hotel is located near Guanyin Bridge, and there are many shopping malls downstairs. Going downstairs, I saw Guanyin Bridge Food Street was just across the road, but it takes 10 minutes to walk there, because Chongqing is a city with many things to do. It is recommended not to go to Guanyin Bridge Food Street, which is a pure pitfall for tourists. The customer service was very enthusiastic. They gave directions and provided a lot of suggestions when I called. They answered all my questions and upgraded the room. The washing machine is a drum, but I forgot whether the room before the upgrade had a dryer. The one we stayed in did not have one, but it was equipped with sufficient clothes drying racks, as well as children's clothes drying racks. All clothes except pure cotton were dry the next day. Overall, the stay experience was good.
