During my stay, the staff were attentive and enthusiastic, with sweet smiles at the front desk, which made me feel their meticulous care. In addition, this hotel also provides free airport pick-up and drop-off services. It will remind you in advance before sending you off to the airport. It is really very detailed and considerate!

The hotel room is spacious, clean ,airconworks well. The breakfast spread is very good, lots of variety and they taste good. Drink desk staff is friendly, they helped us book hotel at 4 am ,otherwise we have to hail one on the street. The only set back is the bath room light is dim. They give plenty of mineral water and soft drink for free, a good gesture , you didn't need to intercom them every time you need water. Will come back to this hotel again.

Like most Hilton's, the facilities were clean and the service was good. The rooms were cleaned frequently and fresh towels and bedding were provided as well as lots of water (which was very appreciated). The location was ok considering that most of the things to do are spread out and there were many local restaurants in the area.

Definitely not a 5star hotel. Hotel is pretty old. Very good location just a few mins walk to Jiefangbei. We came back to the same hotel and opted for the renovated room this time. Had no issue with the old room given to us when we 1st stayed. But the new room has poor noise insulation, the main door has a small gap below and can see light from outside. We arranged for our airport transfer at 2pm and wanted to extend the check-out time to 2pm but was refused. Fortunately, there is a very good restaurant called Shanchengying on the 8th floor. We spent about 1.5hrs there. Fine dining style, service and food was pretty good. I could not understand why this hotel kept appeared at the top of the search on Trip.com. Will definitely give it a miss if I ever visit Chongqing again, even though the room rate is not that expensive, and it is located in a relatively good location.

A little difficulty in finding the entrance to this hotel as there is no signboard with the hotel name on the outside. No restaurants in the hotel but food is not a problem as there are many food stalls and restaurants along the streets downstairs. Transportation is convenient as subway station is a short walk away and there are taxis outside. Room is big and value for money.

We are a pair of 70 year old couple travelling solo. This place is located centrally and it is easy to walk and travel around the Chong qing City from here.The place is really comfortable and smack of chinese tradtion and culture. The view of the river each night is stunning and you are a part of Hongyadong light up each night. I woke up thrice very early around 4am and went to the reception to ask about how to get around to different sights. On 5th and 6th Sep morning, the receptionist was utterly sweet and patient with this old lady, giving very careful and detailed information with explanations to help me. Thsnk you once again dear sweet recetionist. I am sorry u do not know your nsme. Hence the dates. Unfortunately on the morning of 7th Sep i encountered a rude shock of a receptionist who expressed rude mannerism on being awakened just before 5 am, reluctant to help, trying to push me off by pushing a tiny pamphlet that she said was self explanatory about diections for various sights. I declined saying i could not read chinese. Thereafter, it wa either, its difficult to get there or you could get there in a cab!

Location is good, walking distance to hongyadong and a big mall. Room is big and clean but some places not thoroughly cleaned. Service of front desk is good but the ppl at the basement entrance is horrible. Not helpful and was rude. Acted like we owe them something ???
