staffs were extremely kind and polite! rooms were also very clean and cleaner was very thoughtful! staffs at the lounge bar were very patient and kind even though we went at 10pm! breakfast was a spread, gym was equipped well and swimming pool was amazing! very near attractions like jiefangbei and hongyadong! overall a very good stay, highly recommend!

I would like to express my sincere appreciation to Mr. Ryan for his outstanding hospitality. He was warm, professional, and very 稳重—calm, composed, and dependable—which immediately made us feel welcomed and well taken care of. He thoughtfully arranged for our room to be next to our children's room and even upgraded our room to make it possible. We truly appreciated his kindness and attention to detail. What touched me even more was that after I casually mentioned it was my birthday on the day we arrived, he thoughtfully arranged a birthday cake for me. It was such a heartfelt surprise and made my birthday even more special. It was a small gesture that reflected the genuine care and exceptional service he provides. We were so comfortable during our stay that we preferred spending more time at the hotel rather than going out. Because we enjoyed our stay so much, we decided to add the breakfast package, and Mr. Ryan kindly offered us the package rate for two, which came as a wonderful surprise. This hotel has a standard of service that truly stands out. The warmth, professionalism, and genuine care shown by the staff made our family trip even more memorable.
