民宿和正規酒店賓館最大的區別，可能就是不便於定位地理位置。這有時很費神，無論在老舊小區還是有物業的教新小區。

1、床單被罩不乾淨，有血及有毛髮2、投影設備無法使用，無法對齊投影布及無法手機投屏3、沒有提供一次性拖鞋和飲用水4、浴室洗澡水一會兒熱一會兒冷，且地面積水嚴重5、位置就是收的居民樓改的，沒有卡需要跟着別人進電梯按樓層6、冰箱冰凍層沒除冰打不開用不了7、入住第二天沒有人簡單收拾垃圾8、訂了後沒有提前聯繫並告知住户進門密碼

地理位置很好，從機場過來十號線三十分鐘就到市中心入住酒店了，簡直太方便了。酒店到解放碑、李子壩輕軌穿樓坐2號線兩站路直達，下樓就是地鐵站，非常方便。步行到周公館、人民大禮堂，三峽博物館都很便捷，十來分鐘就走到了。從一樓去江邊和洪崖洞也很方便。在房間裏還可以看到洪崖洞夜景，人少安靜視野也寬闊。打掃房間的阿姨們都特別親切，前台小姐姐也特別棒，輕聲細語，入住體驗非常不錯的!
