環境真的很差，一個連鎖酒店完全達不到正常水平，首先上樓電梯每次都要等很久並且有異味，有很多公寓居住的，安全性很難保證，設施很舊不乾淨，隔音非常不好，衹有帶着耳塞睡

設施：有點老舊 衞生：不知道因為重慶太潮還是怎麼，廁所有蟑螂，隨時馬上就給我們換房了，可是還是心有餘悸 環境：地理位置沒得挑，挨着觀音橋，特別近，特別方便，地鐵站也很近，總之位置出行吃喝方便極了！！！這是最好的一方面了 服務：服務挺好的，保潔阿姨也很好
