Stayed for few nights, really good service and attitude. But its very frustrating when it comes to the lift waiting time, as theres many hotels in the same building. But its not the hotels fault.

It's more convenient to take the light rail. The river view room has a beautiful view at night and it's very quiet at night. I will come again in the future.
