Very friendly staff and great room with good access to the city! Totally loved the evening view!

The room was spacious and offered a great view The staff were incredibly helpful and thoughtful. Additionally, the hotel's proximity to the train station made it very convenient for travel. Hotel also is willing to help with your lugagge if you let them know beforehand. Overall, it was a great stay and would recommend.

Super nice view and cleanliness. Suitable for traveller who carry light luggage because a lot of stairs and mosquitoes.

Service is top-notch, all staff members are polite, friendly and supportive. Welcome drinks & snacks are included and the hotel has some cute pets. Room is clean, well-designed and has all necessary amenities, including medicines. The view from our room was great and there weren’t any insects at all - though the hotel also prepped mosquito repellent in the room for us. Great value for money, definitely will return.

Good place, nice to stay!

We absolutely loved Futon! It has been the best hotel room we had so far in China. We gave us a special relax moment staying in the beautiful suite. We enjoyed the bath at night with the special view of Chongqing city! It was amazing and the staff was really nice and helpful with us! Absolutely recommended.

In the scorching hot weather, the housekeeper still came to welcome us from afar. When we checked in, we prepared not only souvenir burlap bags (cooling stickers, mosquito repellent stickers, wet wipes, water and other sets), but also cold brew tea and ice towels. The details were thoughtful and the service was in place! During the stay, we also tasted the homemade wine of the winery of the owner's friend for free, which was a constant surprise. One room with multiple views, it feels like a very cost-effective stay. Thanks again to the housekeeper for the farewell service when I left the hotel.

After getting off the plane, we went straight to the homestay. The location is very convenient and easy to find. It is in the Xiahaoli scenic area. Although there are indeed a lot of stairs in Chongqing, the service here is still very good. It is hard work to wait for you outside and help you with your luggage. The room is also very clean. The design, lighting, and atmosphere inside are very antique and warm. There is also help with laundry and drying services. When we left, they also gave us some souvenirs, which was very thoughtful!

The homestay is in the Xiahaoli scenic area, which is very unique. After dinner and a stroll in Xiahaoli, it is very convenient to go back to the hotel directly. The room is very clean and new, with a smart toilet and a towel rack with heating function. The lady at the front desk of the hotel prepared a canvas bag for the homestay, which is very convenient to carry. I carried it when I went out to Chengdu for the next few days. There are wet wipes and mosquito repellent stickers in it. A souvenir was also prepared when I checked out! I will stay here again next time I come to Chongqing~

I have been to Chongqing many times and have always wanted to come to Nanshan, but there is no suitable opportunity. I chose the accommodation for a long time, and this one is extremely comfortable at first sight. The geographical location is Xiahaoli, which is very old Chongqing, surrounded by mountains and water, with blue bricks and green tiles, and layers upon layers. Various cultural and creative, coffee, and art are very suitable for citywalk. Chuqing's style is simple and retro, the room is clean and simple, the facilities are complete, and the bedding is also very comfortable. The only small flaw is the problem of smart toilet flushing. I hope the store will improve it. There are many details in the room, exquisite tea sets, favorite old Yin tea, and sleeping earplugs~ Secondly, the very considerate butler service, turning on the air conditioner for us in advance, mosquito repellent stickers, wet wipes, etc. in the small bag when we go out, helping to wash and deliver clothes, responding to various needs in time, and I also like the souvenirs given before leaving. This trip to Chongqing is really worth it, and I will definitely choose FUTON again next time.

The environment is just right at the check-in point of Haoli, very beautiful, very close to the subway, the store owner is very enthusiastic, picked us up and gave us souvenirs, the room is large and clean, it is the best experience, my parents are also very satisfied, and will stay here next time in Chongqing.

The waiter Tangtang was very enthusiastic and ordered breakfast. Our children are big and said that one portion was not enough, so she gave us an extra portion for free. The young man, who I don’t know his name, was also very enthusiastic and helped us carry our luggage when we came and went. He recommended it at a low price. Beautiful restaurants with a human touch. I don’t know why we named it Fengtang. Maybe it means that we met by fate and got along well with each other.
