Participating in the Spoga Outdoor Exhibition, this hotel has a relatively large room in Cologne. There is a Lidl supermarket at the door, and it is more convenient to call a taxi. I will continue to consider it in the future!

The room is very good, but the parking lot entrance and exit is very confusing to me.

I was at family affairs in Cologne and it was very intense. It was very important for me to have a good night's sleep. When I found out that my room was on a very busy street where the freight trains were still running and it was very noisy, I asked the receptionist to give me another room. The employee had zero friendliness and empathy. I immediately rejected it with absolutely inappropriate arguments, despite the fact that I had said that I had very bad sleep. If I wasn't tied to the district I would immediately take another hotel!!!

It's OK, very close to the subway, and the breakfast is average.

The surrounding area of ​​the hotel is quiet, the breakfast is rich, and it takes 7-8 minutes to walk to the subway station. Overall, it is good.

I enjoyed my stay at the PhiLeRho Koeln. I was very pleased with the staff, in particular Jessica and Andrea were very helpful. It was our first stay, it will not be our last. Your location in the green and treed area was very relaxing. the breakfast was plentiful and had a wonderful assortment of dishes. The patio area was great and I enjoyed it. I think one of the best features, was the other guests. Some that have been staying with you for a number of years.

The service was terrible. We had asked for a parking space in the garage by email, but this was promised to us, but they added that there was no guarantee. When we arrived there at 10 p.m. there was no space available. That is not even the problem. We were not given an alternative, nor were we helped to find a parking space elsewhere! In the end, the situation was such that we drove for an hour within a 2 km radius and there were no parking spaces! We then informed the hotel in person on site that we unfortunately could not check in because there was no parking space. We were then simply told that we had already paid and that we would not be getting the money back. The employee did not care at all that we then had to drive home for 3 hours and how we felt in the situation. Such service is unacceptable. We have been guests there several times, after this horror night we will not return and we cannot recommend the hotel to anyone. It should also be mentioned that there were many tradesmen in front of the hotel in their parking spaces. Here one actually has to assume that the hotel rents out the parking spaces to someone other than its own guests.

We stayed in this hotel with a small child over the weekend. Well located, you can walk to the city center in 30-40 minutes, but you walk along a very international street, which we didn't find annoying. Extremely friendly staff. The rooms are a bit dated but everything is OK for a city trip. The breakfast is world class and is unrivaled even in hotels with more stars. Would come again as the price/performance ratio is right.
