酒店是新裝修的，房間環境和酒店環境都很不錯，早餐很豐富，前台小姐姐和客房服務員服務態度也很好，下次來長壽湖會再次選擇這家酒店的

跟朋友出來玩第一次住這家酒店，環境很不錯，湖邊還可以釣魚，對酒店設施設備服務挺滿意的，要什麼東西打電話給前台很快就送到房間裏來了，總之就是一次完美的體驗，下次還來住

小童節出行，1：酒店位置好，就在湖邊，下去就是湖，釣魚，吹風還是可以。
2:新裝修的，房間一股裝修味，氣味敏感者千萬三思，味道之濃烈，工裝的品質大家懂的。
3：529元的湖景標準間，房間較小，衞生不好，沙發下居然還有不知道哪個時候客人留下的拖鞋。
4:小童節去玩，酒店居然配套的小童遊樂設施一樣都沒開，滑梯，小童攀巖，30多度了游泳池一樣都沒開，定之前忘記打電話諮詢游泳池了，結果定了不能退，游泳池未開。小朋友想玩水上高爾夫，去前台買票，五點鐘告知太晚了，打了球不好找，我的去，天八點才黑玩，七點半都敞亮，五點就不允許完了，那這麼大的佔地酒店請問小朋友玩什麼
5：餐廳，晚餐人不多，服務員培訓沒到位，點餐問菜品怎麼做法，都不清楚。早餐人多，品種一般，手慢無。
總之，就500多的房間，➕上這種配套和軟件服務，真心不值，下次來長壽湖也許選擇別家了。
