JW品質保障，酒店的床很舒服，睡眠不錯。位置非常好，去熱門景點很方便，周圍美食很多，酒店旁邊弄堂裏一家吃魚的就很棒。

酒店位置往返各景點非常方便，大部分在20-25分鐘步行程內。坐輕軌/地鐵也方便，約5分鐘路程。入住了行政大床房，包早餐、下午茶及輕便晚餐，惟下午茶及輕便晚餐的質素及選擇有點失望，有待改善，大堂的早餐就非常豐富。大堂員工、門廳員工、餐廳員工、客房打掃員工都非常貼心。

設施：之前看評論説老舊，我以為很誇張，其實真的很好衹不過裝修風格老一些，其他硬件真不差，就説電視，遠好於其他同級別酒店。
衞生：每天打掃的非常乾淨，感覺保潔還有點強迫症，各種東西擺放的特別整齊，讓我這個強迫症很舒服，大大的點贊！
環境：稍微稍微差點，就不用抱着看窗外風景去啦。我的房間在電梯口，深夜趕上玩回來的，會比較聽到聲音。建議對聲音敏感的不要靠近電梯口。
服務：一般，外賣不能上樓確實是痛點，也沒有送貨機器人，每次都要下樓。
