On May 2, I stayed at the Marriott Hotel in Chongqing. The room facilities were a bit disappointing. Room 1010, the bathroom and shower room partitions were not separated into wet and dry areas. When checking in, guests must be informed of the defects and problems in the room. We communicated with the service center. The manager on duty that night did not respond. The next day, we were arranged to adjust the room to room 2220, which was considered an upgrade for us. We were also given afternoon tea, but we were told by phone that we were not entitled to afternoon tea. Because we were traveling with children, we called the room to inquire, but in the end we did not go and did not want to go. JW Marriott is a brand of five-star hotels, and it should not be like this. Details are very important. It may be because of the May Day holiday that the hotels are busy. Personal sharing!
