管家小陳和前台小譚服務很好，前台迎來送往和全程管家服務很温馨，酒店自然環境很好，擺渡車服務很好。蒼蠅太多需要治理；羊駝白天和夜晚24小時都被拴在草坪山，無論日曬還是大雨，這對動物很不友好。
