很少評價，其他的不説了，前台服務真的有問題！
我本來定的就是雙人間，一上來給我説幫把大床房升級，請問後台訊息看不到嗎？在我強調我定的是雙人間後，然後她説打開攜程給她看訂單，（現在想來可能是想借口拿我手機呢），結果不曉得她拿我手機操作些什麼，又是關注公眾號又是下載APP的，關鍵是全程沒有任何告知！！！！！！！如果你有任務有kpi直接説我能理解，但是講都不講清楚，直接拿客人手機這一頓操作簡直令人無語！！並且拿我的手機各種操作的時候，屏幕不在我視線範圍內！以前也住過別的漢庭的，這是第一次遇到這樣冒昧無理的酒店前台！！！
