沒人接待，連入住都沒有辦理，直接給了房卡，房間沒有熱水，空調是壞的，最重要的是，入住的時候，訂的房間和住的房間不一樣，原因是，凌晨了，工作人員在睡覺，懶得弄！

房間風景特別好，能看到藝術中心和千廝門大橋。地理位置特別好，下樓就是解放碑，八一好吃街。方便吃也方便玩。十分有設計感，是我喜歡的灰色調。空調製冷制熱都很足。衞生也很乾凈。前台小姐姐和老闆人都很好，非常熱心且貼心。

房間設計很好，主要是位置特別好就在解放碑旁邊下樓走兩步就是，離洪崖洞也近，唯一不足就是洗澡之後總會漏水出來，但是前台小姐姐服務特別好
