酒店欺詐消費者 跟我説累積有5個訂單 給20元可以住一天 結果我有5個訂單 酒店不認賬了 做不起活動就不要跟我説 本來酒店才幾十塊錢也不貴 希望大家別入住 真的是一點信譽都沒有

插頭松，客服讓我把電視線的插銷拔了坐在地下充手機點。經過協商換了房間又沒門鎖，老闆説，經相關部門檢查，怕顧客在房間內出危險，不讓裝門鎖。定了兩晚上的房間，因為第一天已經入住沒辦法取消，第二天早上才取消了第二晚的入住訊息，退房費還扣了10%的什麼某平台手續費，退之前老闆強行拿着我的手機非要給我刪除這個訂單，説如果不刪除訂單，就沒辦法給我退費，後來找了大概十幾分鍾他沒找到，才不得不給我退費。

窗口就是地鐵，所以幾分鐘內必有地鐵巨大的聲音經過，嫌吵的慎重。我用積分換了延遲退房服務，結果第二天他們快到時間了才説app上的延遲沒用。按金一樣要扣。導致我的行程被嚴重影響，頭都沒洗，匆匆離開，造成別人巨大影響，還沒一句好話。態度很差，搞得好像客人的錯似的。反正在重慶你是感受不到真正意義上的寵粉的，基本是營銷手段。地鐵上看你行李多不會問是不是來旅遊的，也不會讓座，路況複雜也沒人教怎麼走才不會繞遠不會迷路，他們會誇自己8d魔幻。。基建倒是一線城市的基建，因為人多熱鬧也挺熱鬧，走了去成都了
