在武隆差不多都是訂的這家酒店 也算是老顧客了 但這次因為有事沒來得及入住 過後竟然還不能退款 有點霸王條款啊 換了老闆就是不一樣 以前的老闆他就會退給我 非常不好的體驗 以後不會再訂這家酒店

網上預訂的星空鵲橋主題房，付款的118元。到店後付了20元升級成藍色深海主題房。結果看了一下網上深海主題房才134元。先不説這幾塊錢價格的問題。首先，被子很薄，空調開了一晚上沒有效果，第二天早上起來直接被冷感冒了，其次房間wifi無法使用，致電前台讓連隔壁wifi，連接後網速堪比2G網，最後，房間淋浴間熱水供應不上，一會冷的要死，一會燙得要死。其他的我不做任何評價，因為最基礎的這幾樣設施都無法滿足。
