酒店位置很好找，周邊買東西也超級方便，前台還免費給我升級了房型，雙床房，空間大，乾淨整潔又衞生。服務也超好，細心周到，非常滿意！下次來萬州還住這！

27號訂的影音房，平台是2點之後可以入住，我們2.30到店之後要我們等到4點多才有房，無奈之下，換訂一個大床房。按金100塊，退房後退還98，以為是晚上有蚊子用了蚊香片扣倆塊錢，結果竟然是一次性馬桶墊扣我倆塊（馬桶墊放在廁所，沒有提示標註要收錢），住了很多店，從來沒有遇到過馬桶墊扣錢的情況，也沒有遇到2點後客人到店要等2小時才有房的情況。
