Not to mention the moldy room and the dirty air conditioner. Because the room we booked together was unavailable, we changed hotels. We didn’t stay and the room fee was not refunded.

It felt like the hotel wasn't cleaned well. The previous guest's toothbrush was still there, and there were other people's drinks on the cabinet in my parents' room. Anyway, the hygiene was average.
