1.公寓式賓館，雜物很多，不通風，一股黴味兒，被子有蟲眼，不太乾淨
2.空調需要加收十塊錢，不合理
3.廁所熱水器加熱效果慢，不提前準備一次性拖鞋還得自己去拿
4.最主要的是門不能從裡向外反鎖，全是密碼鎖，房東知道密碼直接就能開門，極其不具備私隱性
