室外相當的大，夏天也很涼快！長者組團非常避暑非常合適。年輕人要求高，環境衞生服務是肯定達不到要求的。

定了房間去到現場説沒有房，我們訂的房被他們拿給其他人住了，而且我們還沒到達酒店就顯示我們已經入住……大半夜在山上前不着村後不着店的地方！安排了一個裝修未完成的一樓套房給我們住，除了床什麼都沒有，連窗户都沒有裝完，沒有窗簾，連燒水壺都沒有！一樓來來回回有人在外面走路就在我們床旁邊的大窗外！提心吊膽一晚完全都沒有睡着，擔心不安全，一大早就走了！從始至終沒有看過我們的身份證、渝康碼、行程碼！這是我住過管理最差，條件最惡劣的酒店，沒有之一！

住的地方在山凹裏不是很涼快，外觀看起不錯，很大的山莊，進去一看衞生很一般，廁所裏面放洗漱用品的盤子臟，16.00點了床單還沒換，由於在山上附近，幾乎沒得任何可以吃飯的地方，衹有下山到鎮上，車程10幾分鐘吧，他家可以吃飯，但是廚師脾氣不好，手藝還差，管理沒跟上！和300多的價格不正正比！

酒店外觀還是不錯，是一個適合團體的地方，出遊但是真的非常差的一次體驗，外面涼快房間裏沒得空調熱得老殼昏，又退不了，去得太早了，房間清潔沒做，坐等了好久，我不去追問換床做清潔的也不知道，不知道餐需要提前定，去餐廳點菜，總是答非所問，問了三次才回答你問師傅。師父又問我們：你們要吃撒子，反正沒得撒子菜哈，感覺在討飯吃，第二天早上又有人自己就推門進來了……真的無語老

酒店在半山腰的一個支路進去，房間沒有空調這個季節還是熱，電風扇開關是壞的，衹能開關，不能控制檔位，一晚上都沒有睡好，房間還是乾淨，
