酒店地處磁器口大門口旁邊，帶着爸媽孩子入住的，前台服務人員並不太熱情，惜字如金！第二天旅遊完回酒店，發現床單被罩都沒有換，衹是重新鋪墊了一下，上面還有一些臟的東西，第二天跟酒店前台説要求換床單才換！淋浴間的水洗澡的時候會從玻璃門的底部流出來滿地都是，容易滑倒！酒店的隔音非常差，樓道里，隔壁房間聊天説話的聲音都聽的清清楚楚！且半夜入住的客人大聲喧嘩把我們吵醒！早餐勉強還可以，地理位置還可以！
