Lavande Hotel

The front desk didn't give us breakfast vouchers, and when we went back to the front desk to ask for them while we were having breakfast, they said they didn't have breakfast. We argued back and forth, but the breakfast was terrible. I wouldn't recommend staying at this hotel.

The front desk service was absolutely terrible. I've stayed in countless hotels, and I've never seen such poor service. It instantly ruined my mood. I don't know what kind of incompetent people the owner hired for the front desk.

Check-in at the hotel was quick, and because the check-out day was the 6:00 pm train, the staff agreed to postpone check-out until 2:30. The room is on a high floor and has a good view. The space is bright and easy to use. It only controls the reading lights and they are not independent. The hotel is very close to the shopping mall. Most of them sell clothes, pants, shoes, socks, etc., and the prices are not expensive. The meal is clean and refreshing, and Chongqing noodles are served. Although there is a laundry room, the machines cannot be used when in use. The hotel is on the upper floor of the building. Although there are four elevators, the waiting time for the elevator will be long due to the large number of people coming in and out during working hours.

The environmental facilities are good and clean. The front desk service is also good. The most important thing is the bathroom and shower facilities. The bed is very large, comfortable and not too soft. The price/performance ratio is very high. I am satisfied and feel free to stay.
