前台服務員態度不好，我叫了幾聲才答應我，房間設施衞生很差勁，感覺住的不值，本來打算多住幾天，網上付了149，進到房間裏面一看，80都不想住，太差勁，小旅館都不如

老闆態度極其惡劣，開房的時候什麼也沒説，退房的時候説我往地毯上吐了痰，要扣我20塊按金，我問他憑什麼扣我按金，他馬上説扣50，然後我去房間把痰處理，他還不依不饒的，還掐我脖子兩次，揚言要殺死我，然後我就報警了。警察也不管這種事，説是經濟糾紛喊我自己打工商部門電話投訴。
