It was OK that there were not many hot spring pools, but the key point was that the water in different types of pools was actually the same. I didn't smell sulfur, which was much worse than the spiritual hot spring at the same price, more like boiler water. Then the most annoying thing was that I found that I didn't bring my ring with me after checking out the next morning. I knew clearly that I had put it on the round table next to the bedside table the day before. I was afraid that I had remembered it wrong when I found that I didn't bring the ring with me, so I asked my husband. He said that he saw me put it there when he packed up in the morning and thought I would bring it before going out, so he didn't mention it. As a result, I immediately called the number on Ctrip. The person who answered the phone said it was the switchboard, not the front desk phone, and helped to convey it. Later, the front desk called back and said that they didn't find it. I also reminded the front desk that I didn't take the things out, and the front desk said that the waiter didn't find it. Then I called the hotel's number on Ctrip again, and told the lady who claimed to be the switchboard again about the situation that I didn't find it. The other party's attitude was perfunctory, and she said that she didn't find it just like the front desk. The hotel required a deposit of 1,200 when checking in, which is for the hotel to guarantee. But the hotel didn't guarantee my lost items and their attitude was extremely perfunctory. To be honest, the ring is a decoration. Although it looks like a gold ring, it is fake. I thought it's better to have less trouble than more. If it was a gold ring, I would have called the police. The items are not expensive, but it's irritating. It's still a so-called star hotel. I'm speechless.
