酒店是屬於比較傳統的老牌高星酒店，酒店建在一條寧靜清澈的河流邊上，周邊綠樹成蔭，環境非常靜謐。酒店本身屬於歐式建築風格，感覺走的是歐洲皇室奢華風，環境優美，晚上很安靜，靠着桃花溪空氣清新視野開闊，房間大乾淨整潔，設施齊全，入住很舒適。服務員積極熱情，很親切周到，退房忘記拿充電器了也立馬打電話給我，很不錯！房間十分寬敞大氣，還有陽台連接室外大自然。酒店餐飲也還不錯，乾淨衞生，服務周到。吃完飯沿着旁邊河流散散步，非常舒服！

酒店周邊環境可以用鳥語花香，青山綠水來形容。服務態度都很熱情，前台的小姐姐們辦入住和退房時都很迅速，房間的空間也很寬敞舒適，衞生也乾淨，大陽台和浴缸很舒服。早餐的餐品種類也很豐富，特意吃了長壽當地的特色米粉，味道很不錯，同時用餐時西餐廳服務人員很周到，總體用餐體驗不錯。客觀評價的説酒店硬件設施和軟服務都很在線，值得一住，其他朋友也可以直接選擇。

這是第二次入住該酒店了。房間寬敞，但隔音不好；早餐廳很大，但菜品簡單，可能僅適合本地客人；服務看似熱情，但非常業餘，讓客人處處感覺不舒服，可能是當地政府接待指定酒店，商務客人時時有被受辱的感受。
