服務很冷漠，我的洗面奶掉在酒店，我很清楚的記得我沒有裝走，服務員卻説找不到了，我不曉得怎麼説了，房間窗户也打不開，空氣一點也不好，拖鞋也找不到，像藏起來不讓用一樣，兩個字無語，體驗感極差！
