We love to come to this hotel when in Chongqing. This time visiting, I brought my daughter. I love that it’s across the street from the zoo. The staff was very friendly and helpful. I got a massage and they came to my room. I didn’t want to leave my daughter alone since she is too young. So this was very helpful. Thank you

On the last night before leaving Chongqing, I wanted to go to Chongqing Zoo to see the baby pandas, so I chose the Jinyi Howard Johnson Hotel, which is closest to the zoo. I originally wanted to choose a double room overlooking the zoo, but because the hotel had a conference reception and no rooms, it was changed to a parent-child room🤣 and two zoo tickets were given as a gift, which was very thoughtful! It is so convenient to go to the zoo, and you can see all kinds of baby pandas! A small gift was also given at the check-out front desk. I will come again if I have the chance!

The cats in the wormhole are so cute. After staying for two nights, I still wanted more. I couldn't see enough pandas. I checked out of the river view room on Nanbin Road and stayed at Jinyi Howard Johnson for two more nights. I visited the zoo five times in four days. It was perfect. The hotel is very good, clean, and well-equipped. The cleaning lady was super enthusiastic. Because a friend came to visit us, she was afraid that we didn't have enough water to drink, so she brought us two more bottles of water. Thanks to the beautiful housekeeper Youyou, who helped me upgrade the room and delayed check-out, and gave me a piece of fruit and a small gift when I checked out. Thank you very much, it was a perfect experience.

Let me talk about the advantages first: I highly recommend going to the Wormhole, it's just at the back door, closer than the Wormhole parking lot, hahahaha. You can enter as early as 7 am if you buy a monthly ticket, and I saw Xiaowu camping for 2 consecutive days. When it's hot at noon, the cats are all taken back, so you can go back to the hotel to take a nap and continue watching in the afternoon. As for the disadvantages, the hotel is in the style of an old hotel, and the carpets and other things are relatively old. And now it's 2024, and they still charge a deposit (this operation was encountered in Malaysia last year). There is no robot delivery that is very common now, and you have to go to the lobby to pick up the takeaway by yourself.

I chose this hotel to go to the zoo. It was great, with good service and environment. They also gave gifts to the children on Children's Day. The breakfast was also quite rich. If you are a friend from other places who comes to see the giant pandas, I strongly recommend staying here.

Except that the hotel is far from the city center, everything else is good. Opposite is the back door of the zoo, and you can enter the zoo quickly to see the pandas. In addition, the map of the panda house provided by the hotel front desk is really great, with detailed information on the distribution and habits of pandas, etc.

The room is large, and the floor-to-ceiling windows face the zoo, with a wide view and lush greenery, very comfortable! The breakfast tastes very good too! The children are very satisfied. The hotel parking is also convenient, with plenty of parking spaces. I will choose here next time I come to Chongqing. There are also many delicious foods nearby, and hot pot and barbecue are not bad! There is also a coffee machine in the room! ✌🏻
