給個及格分吧，房間真的不怎麼樣，首先是房間面積很小，是榻榻米，基本上就能放上一個床，然後窗户的話也很小，房間的光線很不好。最重要的是房間的外邊就是其他樓的樓頂，不知道是風機還是什麼機器的聲音很大，會一直比較吵，不過好像晚上沒有這個聲音了吧，也沒有太注意，總之這房間還算可以吧。説不上好也説不上壞，價格的話，説不上貴也説不上便宜，就很一般吧。

第一次住民宿公寓，懷着試試看的心情預訂，入住後房間有窗，乾淨，整潔，環境好，還能從窗外看到江景，交通方便，地鐵口近，步行方約十分鐘，管家服務好，很是滿意的住了兩晚，唯一美中不足晚上十一點了隱約聽到有人唱歌的聲音。

住的非常滿意，較場口地鐵站出來走幾分鐘就到了，到解放杯或者朝天門步行十幾分鍾就到，房間乾淨整潔，從房間可以俯瞰江景，樓下有超市和小吃，非常方便，關鍵是價格便宜，性價比高，而且還安靜，適合一家三口住，下次如果來重慶，還是會選這裏。

離十八梯和山城巷很近，出地鐵口很好找，樓下的重慶小麪好吃，房主推薦的火鍋也很地道，屋裡很乾凈，住着舒服很靜
