房東姐姐非常Nice，交通也非常方便，附近有很多小景點，琵琶山公園，抗建堂等，交通也很方便，公交站，地鐵1號線，10號線都在小區門口。房間雖然不能跟酒店相比，但性價比高，比住酒店划算。
另外：小區門口美食超多，而且實惠。特別推薦靜香源火鍋（要去一定趕早，排隊超長），純陽小酒館，唯一我們吃了2次的地方，真的太好吃了。主要人均都才40左右，吃到撐。
