客房送物很棒，客房送物很不錯，客房送物很快，客房送物也特別快，客房送物很方便。竹居體驗好，書比較多，24小時圖書館，圖書館很方便，好像叫竹居，大堂竹居圖書也很多，茉一，圓音，春樹，服務好。

這家亞朵酒店的軟件硬件條件都很好～早餐品種豐富，有重慶特色的小麪。酒店地處觀音橋附近，打車去主要景點很方便，離黃泥磅地鐵站近，走路到黃泥磅地鐵站口就幾分鐘的時間。酒店旁邊還有停車場。酒店附近有一大堆的重慶特色美食店鋪。酒店最亮點的應該就是工作人員的服務態度了，前台的工作人員彬彬有禮，無論什麼時候諮詢旅遊相關事項，都很耐心、熱情、詳細、不厭其煩的給予回覆和幫助～前台還會提供專門的電子版和紙質版的旅行攻略，真的是把細節融入到了每一處。前台的小程小姐姐幫忙選定了一間安靜的房間供我們入住，雖然樓下車水馬龍，但是由於高樓層+酒店的雙層隔音玻璃，還是不會覺得很吵。離店時，前台的圓音小姐姐還贈送了伴手禮。總體來説，酒店的前台服務一級棒，別的方面可圈可點，還是很推薦入住的～

大廳很敞亮，前台辦事效率高，氣味很好聞，香氛舒適，餐廳很乾凈，餐廳也很寬，電梯很快，味道很舒服，房間很安靜，設施齊全，硬件特別好，床墊很舒服，枕頭睡覺特別香，房間裏面也有一種淡淡的清香，氣味很喜歡，有一次性的拖鞋牙刷，窗簾很遮光，有沙發很舒服，燈光舒適，房間很温暖，有一種回家的感覺。前台妺一，榕月，祁風，服務很棒，辦入住退房都很快，非常貼心。
