Rongrong Jinke Hotel Reviews

We booked for three deluxe single rooms, paying a higher price for a larger room for 2 nights, but were given two deluxe standard rooms, which are smaller and cheaper, and only one deluxe single room. One of the standard rooms even had a cockroach, and after requesting a change, the hotel still provided another standard room. We found out the room difference only upon checking out. This is extremely dishonest!

My wife and me were travelling with our 1 year and a half years old child. We booked a room with a futon and it was perfect. The room was so spacious, clean and located on the 23rd floor with amazing views from the city. I would like to make an special mention to the staff wich is very professional. They don't speak English at all but they are very supportive and they are so kind for using a voice or write translator for communication. They helped a lot for making a changes with our train tickets. Thank you! It was really a pleasure staying at this hotel :)

Walking distance to train station and bus station, just beside wulong train station. Great location. Alot hotpot food nearby. Staffs are friendly and very helpfull

The hotel is directly across the street from the Wulong train station - so very convenient for getting to and away from Wulong. The room was well appointed, although there was no minibar/fridge as described in the room amenities. There is a generous and good breakfast buffet (both western and chinese). The front desk staff though are the downfall of this hotel. They were unengaged and unenthusiastic when faced with a foreign tourist who needed to communicate via google translate. It was really difficult to get clear information on how to get to and from Wulong. There were a lot of conflicting answers and it just felt that everything was lost in translation. They told me the bus to Wulong was just in front of the hotel - it is not. It is a 10 minute walk down the road at the bus station. I also asked about getting to the Wulong Impression show and they informed me that a private driver was the only way to get there at a specific price range. In the end one of the front desk girls' ended up going WITH me in a taxi (presumably driven by her boyfriend or husband?) to the show and tried to get an extra 100 RMB out of me for the ride. It all felt a bit sketchy.

The complex building is next to the train station The front entrance of the building is a hotel, the back entrance is other companies. The breakfast is the best in this trip.

We stayed here for 3 nights and had a wonderful stay. The front desk agents are really friendly. Breakfast is delicious with a ton of options. The room is clean and the bed is comfortable. We stayed here instead of fairy mountain and preferred this. There’s also a ton of restaurants walking distance. Everyone is super helpful and friendly in this town.

Got the suite. The breakfast was delicious with a big variety, although they would need to i clude more western options. Also the staff was super helpful and nice. They treated us truly special.

The decoration of the public areas is OK. The hotel is relatively new. But I have to complain about the room. I usually stay at Jinke when I am on business trips. They are all old brands. This time I checked into this Jinke in Wulong in the middle of the night. I felt like I was staying in a fake one. The sheets were wrinkled as if someone else had stayed there and hadn't washed them. The most unbearable thing was that there was a big footprint inside the bed sheet when I lifted it. 👣 I hope there will be improvements next time I stay here.😵💫

It was my first time to Wulong on a business trip. The hotel was better than expected. I will stay here again next time. The hotel is in a good location. You can reach the hotel by exiting the high-speed rail station. The facilities and equipment are pretty good. The hotel breakfast is also delicious with many varieties. Compared with the rooms on the mountain, the price/performance ratio here is very high. I especially thank the sales department for its enthusiastic service. It's very good.

The hygiene is really terrible. Cigarette butts can be seen everywhere, even on the carpet. They have no fire safety knowledge at all.

The facilities are old and the carpet is badly worn, but the sanitation is very clean, the room is very quiet, the service staff are very good, the service is a plus, the location is very close to the train station, just across the road, very convenient

Overall five-star praise, I will book your hotel again if I need it in the future. First: The location is easy to find, there is free parking, and parking is convenient. Second: The front desk service attitude is good and professional, and the sales director is also very enthusiastic when I meet him. Third: The room is relatively spacious, the hygiene is up to standard, clean and tidy, there is no strange smell, and the facilities are complete. Fourth: Even if you are not on the viewing floor, you can still enjoy the good mountain and river views. Fifth: The breakfast variety is relatively rich, it is worth getting up early.
