酒店位置在觀音橋5號地鐵口離小吃街近，房間隔音不好空調噪音大，沒有能打開的窗户，樓下廣場舞音量大入住體驗一般

重慶，一座來了就不想走的城市，住在這家酒店更是明智選擇，前台芬芬辦理入住快速高效，酒店管理專業，安全，必須刷卡才能上房間，外人進不了。有免費停車場，住店停車都是免費的。地理位置也很好，出門就是步行街。距離機場火車站都很近。特別方便

每次出差必選酒店了，位置好，交通便利，購物方便，加上酒店服務人員特別友好，這次有緣結識了前台小羅，待人友善也特別細心。從入住耐心問詢我喜歡的房型，再到入住期間的貼心問候，都能看出她對客户的真誠。而且知道我第二天也給朋友訂了一間房，就問我需不需要同一層樓，我説最好了，結果第二天一大早就安排妥當了。必須點贊👍五一節期間大堂還準備了歡迎茶水，柳橙汁味道還不錯，佈置也清新簡約，挺有假日氛圍！

酒店設施老化，維修不及時，比如浴室淋浴頭無法固定。設施可以老舊，服務標準不能老舊，面對面交流時保持微笑和注視是一種尊重。早餐的小菜和麪食有疑似異味，希望不是隔夜飯菜。地理位置好，交通飲食方便，這次房間安排噪音較小，有改善。

總體還不錯，地理位置也挺方便，環境可以一家老牌飯店，服務做的也還可以，不滿意之處在於早餐，需要8點半之前去8點半前東西品種還是多，後面再去很多都空了不補了，跟服務員説了也沒用，還有很多在吃飯的也不管讓人吃空氣，還花了58買的早餐券太讓人不舒服
