趁着節前的峯谷帶着兩位高齡長者去的，從住宿到餐飲我們完全包場，酒店服務態度非常好，服務員還非常貼心的與我們預約用餐時間，天尺五餐廳的當地特色茶系列飲食也很地道，長者吃得很開心，玩得很盡興，很適合帶長者去度假。

很坑，沒有吃的，晚餐要自行去另外一個酒店吃，沒有擺渡車，我去那天有個旅行團，自駕前往後説要先給那個旅行團上完菜，再來理我，我就不懂了，他們有很多已經上的菜可以先吃不會餓着，怎麼就不能給我簡單上個菜，我從來沒有這樣被冷落的感覺，幾番主動找服務員才有人理我，可是已經完全沒有消費的慾望，到餐廳從來沒有這樣求着人給我上吃的，我一個人浙江來旅遊不想這麼卑微，回到住處想早點洗洗睡，可是住處很冷雖安裝了地暖卻為了省電省錢不供應，之後一個男的來解釋因為氣温高了就不開地暖，説我穿的太少了才覺得冷，非得讓我一個女孩子直接跟他説我是不穿脱光了要洗澡，怎麼著出來房間會有温差會受凍的。。並且晚上山上確實挺冷的，之後拿來了會讓人乾燥的電熱毯和小太陽忽悠過去，總之基礎設施很一般，第二天一早起來要吃早餐，也得走到住處外面另一個咖啡廳，以前住店早餐基本都是在酒店內幾樓，就算度假別墅酒店也有擺渡車帶到餐廳，這是什麼吃的都沒有，要自己到外面找到地方，很不方便的

和院的院子小巧精緻，環境清幽，房間很大。遺憾的是衞生間做了乾濕分區後顯得有點小。服務員妹妹態度很好。乾淨整潔當我進駐時是吃了一驚的，本以為人少，衞生衹是敷衍，結果發現整個樓棟都很乾凈，整潔。讓人心裏很舒服。
