酒店地理位置得天獨厚，房間面積不大，但是整體算得上乾淨。入住期間承蒙賓客關係Maverick的照顧，每次路過大堂都可以看到他的身影。入住期間他也提供了很多景點和餐廳供我們參考，非常感謝。 前台的服務也非常優秀，希望繼續保持。就是每次出車庫都需要錄一次車牌，有點麻煩，希望可以改善。

再次回到洲際酒店，體驗非常的好，服務依然超高水平，特別是行政酒廊的服務人員，小雨 小劉 小潘 小廖 小孟和廚師團隊，在住期間每位同事都非常溫暖，讓我賓至如歸，以後來重慶的選擇必須是次家洲際。重慶真的很適合旅遊，酒店離很對景點都非常近，出行非常方便。希望以後越來越好！

酒店獨特的地位置使得出行、周邊遊玩特別方便，酒店每個員工給我們的感覺都非常的温暖，尤其是前台經理杜潔心不僅讓我們提前辦理好了入住、還特意升了房型，很是温暖。

這是我在重慶住過最好服務的酒店，硬件設施好，地理位置獨樹一幟，夜景非常漂亮。到洪崖洞衹需要步行10分鐘。軟件服務方面，從禮賓部到樓上前台和大堂工作人員到電話客服所有人都讓人感受到微笑服務，對於住客服務無微不至。43樓健身游泳池值得推薦。今天延遲了退房，碰到了小杜經理，非常熱情，態度讓人感到温暖。
