首先環境衞生還不錯，還算乾淨，服務態度也蠻好的，但是有幾個點不太行，大床房的話，床的頭頂是空調，開空調會有灰塵掉下來，然後電競椅太垃圾了，是布制的，還破了洞，建議換掉皮質的，耳機質量不太行，麥很垃圾，建議清潔之後放酒精濕巾和一次性耳機套，不然每次都去前台拿，很痛苦。

這種電競房確實衞生很一般…房間很大的煙味…牆上也很臟床一般吧感覺民宿都這樣…去太晚了也沒有開電腦hhh還不如定普通的酒店價格我覺得在這種環境也不算便宜

環境一般，電腦設備確實很拉胯，耳機線都是壞的，外設很臟也沒有配套消毒酒精那些，衹能玩下基礎的常規遊戲，其餘的玩起來就很費力了，顯卡是2070，處理器是i5 10代的，我第一次給差評，確實做得不到位。
