差評 我以前自己也是前台我一直都是理解前台工作的辛苦但是今天我必須差評 第一我不算老顧客但是我也煮過好幾次了。第二進門第一眼看到我那個眼神和表情感覺我欠她錢。第二説話的語氣態度對我男朋友不是很耐煩。第三我進了房間要求要浴袍前台説沒有。我煮過這麼多次每次有 管了個前台這些東西耶環沒有了嗎語氣也是相當不耐煩。前台説我們家沒有提供這個 笑死了沒有提供我以前要的時候是前台去現買的嗎。我説之前有啊 她又説現在沒有了 真的是笑死。我跟我對象拍了一天的婚紗照累得要死 我花錢開個酒店前台還給我甩臉。我在後台發消息也沒人回 這上面不是標註有浴袍嗎。給我説早餐也是 就説了一句早上有早餐在幾樓幾樓。就不能帶點笑容？我是免費住的嗎 沒給錢嗎 好歹也算是武隆的高檔酒店。一個前台拉低所有檔次 這麼大個酒店一個前廳經理都沒有嗎 今天下午有你們酒店的打電話問問住得怎麼樣 我説不好 她問了我什麼原因我説了她沒有第一時間安撫客人。也沒有找理由去填補這個事情。就説了句哦 就沒了。我真的不知道這個高檔酒店這四個字是怎麼得來的 你們沒有經過培訓嗎。上一次我來也是前台一點都不專業 她居然忘記了登記 還是我提醒的不用登記嗎。房間確實很好。就是………

住個酒店可謂是一波三折，我們帶小朋友去的，定的榻榻米，有面靠牆，可以避免小朋友翻下床，酒店給我確認了，我到店了給我説沒房，説給我升級大床房，結果大床房電視是壞的，美其名曰叫升級，然後那一層又住了很多結婚新娘子的家人，很吵，我去給他説喊他換間房，他意思就是説已經給我升級了電視壞的大床房，換其他房九不得行，喊我退了重新重新定，得，我因為有同路的已經入住洗漱了，肯定要住的，也不想跟酒店發生沖突，退了重新定，結果一進房間，遙控板盒子裏麪還有上一批顧客的煙頭，喊工作人員過來，直接拿着那個盒子倒進馬桶，沖瞭然後繼續房間，倒一馬桶蓋的灰，然後酒店很多插線孔也是壞的
