Chongqing Xingyue Hotel

The receptionist was a lovely and kind lady who was very welcoming and provided excellent service. The hotel was clean and hygienic, and the location was convenient!

The room was clean, the receptionist was very helpful, the location was easy to find, and it was very convenient for getting around. I've stayed there many times and am very satisfied with the hotel.

The front desk service was terrible, absolutely terrible. The hotel environment was awful. 👎🏻

Compared to other rooms in the same price range in the area, the rooms are clean and the facilities are relatively complete.

I stay at least five days a month, and the receptionist has gotten worse and worse. She's very pretty, but if I ask for a few more bottles of water, she gets all grumpy and just keeps repeating, "We provide two bottles of water to the room every day," with a long face. She wasn't like this before. I'm especially annoyed tonight, so I'm bringing up all my previous bookings and leaving a bad review.

Overall, it was just okay; the room had a smell.

Everything else was great, except that the air conditioner didn't seem to blow much heat.

因為工作來這邊 選了這家離辦公園近的酒店，體驗非常滿意！辦理入住速度快，前台小姐姐都很好耶😆房間寬敞明亮，插座多且位置合理，充電不用到處找插頭。床品軟硬適中，睡了個好覺。早餐種類豐富，有現煮的麪條和現打得豆漿，吃完直接去公司，效率拉滿。周邊有便利店和小餐館，吃飯買東西都方便。下次出差還選這兒！
