空調出現無法制冷問題，房間温度在28度左右，讓前台處理，前台説每個人體感温度不一樣，我覺得不熱啊。然後一直沒處理，就讓兩個長者這樣住了一晚上，熱的他們6點不到就起來出去轉了！這樣的酒店我也不知道如何評價
