想説這家的硬件和服務都超一流，訂了2卧室套房，配有三個衞生間，全家5口人入住不用擔心搶廁所。管家全程隨叫隨到，第二天下雨竟然貼心地準備了一次性雨傘。雖説一次性，質量毫不含糊。下次來重慶會繼續入住。

位置就在來福士對面，是旅遊中心地！房間設計很有創意，服務很貼心，趕上生日還送了生日蛋糕！小管家反應神速，服務迅捷，每有要求都有問必答！酒店在辦公樓宇裏，樓裏好幾家酒店，人有點兒雜！

Stayed for three nights. The room was very clean as soon as I entered. There were all kinds of facilities and equipment, including Harman Kardon speakers and XGIMI projectors. I was traveling with my children. The housekeeper Maru was very patient and sent us toiletries and bathtub covers. I liked her very much. The hotel was also very good.

Travelled as a family, booked 5 rooms in total.
The location is great, there are many food options and it’s near to the popular places in Chongqing, directly opposite to 莱佛士.
The hotel is clean and comfortable, they also have butler service. The butlers are all so nice and helpful especially 木南 and 安安.
Overall, we had a wonderful stay here and will definitely stay again if I’m back at Chongqing.
