前台服務麗麗服務態度很好，酒店在18樓，風景優美，特別是晚上夜景不錯，樓下的火鍋燒烤也超級好吃，推薦，酒店客房阿姨打掃的乾淨整潔。

🌸酒店環境
第一次住笙瀾，被酒店外的設施驚艷到了，外景真的特別好，直達時代天街可以和朋友在酒店外的商圈散步閑聊。
酒店大堂裝修的很好看，高端大氣上檔次，進來了就有一種很驚艷的感覺。還有有書籍、免費飲品等等。
房間裝修的很好看，設施很好的酒店，但是沒有一點怪味。乾濕分離做的很好，總之酒店硬件設施很棒

一進酒店，前台的小姐姐和小哥哥很親切的問好，很有家的感覺.
我定了房，前台的小哥哥還幫我升級了房型，給我講解了好多重慶的攻略，避坑太多了（ps：細節滿滿，非常好，作為處女座的寶藏酒店）還延遲退房到四點～

入住這家酒店非常愉快！酒店的服務非常周到，客房整潔舒適，設施齊全，讓人感到賓至如歸。環境優美，地理位置好，交通方便，房間舒適衞生，服務人員很熱情，樂於提供各種幫助，設施很人性化，網絡高速信號好，衞生做的非常好，很乾凈，一塵不染，諾大的落地窗可以看到城市的夜景，窗外風景好。房間小擺件的設計也很有特色。性價比不錯，下次還要入住。
