Tianya · Wuxi High Altitude river Garden Resort Hotel (Jiefangbei Raffles Store)

The room was amazing with a really nice view of chongqing and all the things we needed, the staff were extremely accommodating and very useful and kind. It is located right in the middle of all the things you would want to go to so we were able to walk for 15 minutes and see what we wanted to. Overall a great experience and i will be staying again!

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The room was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. What truly made my experience unforgettable was the breathtaking view from the room. Waking up every morning to such stunning scenery was absolutely amazing. The staff were friendly and welcoming, making me feel at home throughout my stay. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a relaxing getaway with incredible views. I would definitely love to stay here again. 😍❤️❤️

Good location, close to metro easy to moving around. Spectacular views and staffs very helpful

The building has a few hotels, looks like an old office building. But from my understanding if you want to stay near 解放碑, most of this river view hotels are in this kind of setting unless you go for famous Hotel chains. The hotel is overall ok and the view is as mentioned. But the furnishing just doesn’t give you that hotel feel if you get what i’m saying. Service is good, food delivery is always promptly sent to your door for you. Location is convenient and just beside the famous Raffles city. But honestly there’s nothing in 解放碑, and 洪崖洞 is just as overhyped. If you’re looking for a hotel with river view then this is it. Everyone mentioned about the lift, there’s only 2 lifts serving 29 floors. So expect to stop at least 3-5 times when toh stay here. There’s nothing the hotel can do because the lift is a shared lift in the building. don’t expect a grand hotel lobby or entrance. Building exterior is a bit rundown and you might just missed the location if you don’t looks for signs. Good stay, but i don’t think i’ll stay this side of the river. Staying in JiangBei would be 10x better than this touristy area with nothing much but tourist.

The room was clean and spacious! The view was excellent too! I didn’t speak Chinese but the staff was still extremely kind and accomodating and very helpful! I would definitely stay again next time I am in Chongqing!

The room is very nice with an amazing view. We spent one night only here. The staff also were so friendly and polite. The room was partially clean I would say. The bathroom needs a bit more detailed cleaning. Also the over the head shower was not working properly and it wasn’t cleaned, same with the faucet in the bathroom. We also noticed the walls had stains on them. Overall the stay was good, but not worth the price.
