前台的服務很好 尤其是和三亞的威斯汀比較起來 這裏的服務超過預期 雖然有點舊 但是view很好 還是很滿意的

Her mother waited patiently to help us. Looking for a room, we were finally given a river-view king-size bed room, which was 10 square meters larger than what we originally booked (no extra money). We also wondered if it would be in a corner. After entering the room, it was indeed quite large and faced the river view. . The room is very clean, because I have touched it with my hands and wiped it with alcohol wipes and it is not dirty. It has automatic curtains and smart toilet. The hardware is OK. The breakfast buffet in the morning is also very rich. All the hotel staff are very enthusiastic and will take the initiative to say hello. , in view of the above, we ordered a buffet dinner at the hotel one night. The ingredients were very fresh, the desserts were great, and the service staff enthusiastically asked you what you needed during the whole process and delivered the food to you. On the day of check-out, I met Miss Hu Yue again. She was still very enthusiastic and asked how our stay was. Is there anything inappropriate? She is a really nice lady. 前台服務嚴重不達標 原本抱着極大的期待入住酒店 但這次入住經歷卻讓我大失所望，尤其是前台的服務表現。 第一是我抵達酒店時，禮賓完全沒有人！一個人都沒人！我站在門口可以説那一小段時間是手足無措的。終於摸索着上了51樓，前台的接待人員並沒有像在其他酒店那樣熱情地歡迎我。他們的表情冷漠，甚至在我詢問時都沒有抬頭看我。這種態度讓我感到非常不舒服，彷彿我並不受重視。退房時，我遇到了更大的麻煩。由於前台工作人員的疏忽，我的賬單上出現了錯誤。要不然學其他酒店大氣一點小冰箱全免，要不然在醒目部位貼上有償使用！！這種模擬兩可的小冰箱，客人真的搞不懂！！我花了很長時間與他們溝通，才最終解決了這個問題。 我對重慶解放碑威斯汀酒店的前台服務感到非常失望。
