首先攜程網上商家設定的名字跟實際名字不同，打電話給商家幾遍都説打錯了，攜程上面也沒幾樓，也沒有前台，尋找困難。全程都是微信聯繫，後面的我們走的時候東西掉裏面了，過了12點立馬密碼變了，想進去拿東西也不行，聯繫商家也是等人來開門，沒有前台，趕高鐵，東西還好不是很重要衹能不要了

住酒店最差的一次體驗，樓下直播噪音重低音擾民報警警察來了都不管用，12點多實在沒地方去，扛到4點才睡着，這個是商業項目，慎重選擇

房間在一個寫字樓裏，很大，設施齊全，離觀音橋地鐵口很近，坐 9 號線特別方便，附近吃的也多。管家服務到位，沒有洗衣粉第二天 12 點保潔上班就送來了
