幾年來，常住在這裏，我也不好説什麼評論那些，因為消費者出錢，你們酒店出舒適的房間，兩者之間談不上什麼誰與誰服務。
一:昨晚你們的處理方式很讓人覺得很氣氛，酒店設施問題。空調不製冷，我九點左右辦理入住。空調沒有製冷模式，衹有熱風與冷風，把冷風打低至5度，凌晨兩點左右把我熱醒了。打前台電話説應該是我沒調試好。説叫服務員去看看。服務員去看了後。多次解釋的是冷風就是製冷。我想問一下是什麼空調。九點昨晚打低至5度。凌晨兩點之間有五個多小時，還能把熟睡的我熱醒？冷風就是製冷模式嗎？
二:你們説給我換房間，又説沒有同樣的房間，我就想問一下在那種情況下。你們不主動給我辦理升級，價格不變的情況下還給我換成團購房（特價房），還給你説裏面的各種用品都一樣的。一不一樣你們自己最清楚了。
我不想聽什麼道歉的那些話。要是道歉就能解決問題。世間就沒有道歉解決不了的事。
