其實設施設備上還是有缺陷的，但是店家服務非常好可以彌補掉。首先是在國泰旁邊的一個公寓，車可以停國泰地下停車場，店家也會給出詳細的指引；其次就是其他評價也提到的，電梯非常慢，樓也舊了；再次，房間是一室一廳改成的兩個房間，所以裏面的卧室是沒有洗手間的；最後，被罩破了，建議換新的吧；服務很不錯，謝謝

房間很寬敞，床也舒適解乏，室內衞生乾淨整潔，設計佈置很講究，來旅遊一家人住的感覺都很棒，房東服務很貼心，位置很好找，有機會再來還會入住。

酒店地理位置沒得説，很方便，地鐵上來就是。洪崖洞解放碑商圈都可步行到達，但是樓有些年頭了，比較老舊，房間開始進去會有點黴味、洗手間什麼的老房子懂的都懂了，介意的姐妹慎選。不過有一説一服務沒得説。棒的。5分是衝著服務給的。

房間乾淨整潔，空間很大，而且比酒店划算，兩室一衞帶廚房帶餐桌還有很大的空餘，房間2靠窗可見江景，且有吧枱，和朋友一起來住剛剛好（房主還貼心準備了花露水和投影儀），房間佈置很雅緻，推薦! ! !
